Challenged by the environmental degradation and a possible dystopian future, a number of graphic design students at the American University in Cairo explored potential fashion design visions for the new world through the course of Experimental Fashion Design, that I designed and supervised under Selected Topics for Fall 2019.

 

A selection of the outcome was part of the 100 Years of Fashion Evolution show, curated with Ghadeer Al Agabany on the the occasion of the Centennial of the American University in Cairo, 2020.
