Collaborative Project

Bearing Witness: the stories of ordinary people during extraordinary times, a contemporary art theory and practice project developed in collaboration with Atlanta and Cairo based artists, educators, technicians and students, conceived by Arturo Lindsay and directed by Nagla Samir.

 

The project resulted in the “Bearing Witness Exhibition” by contemporary rising artist, the “Choice of Tool” workshop for young talent from rural areas resulting in a photography publication for the American Embassy in Cairo, and “Dream Boat” workshop for underprivileged children that was exhibited on AUC campus in collaboration with VIA.
